1. When making a reservation, a 30% (per person) deposit is required (non-refundable and non-transferable).
2. With the 30% deposit you confirm the reservation on the invoice. It is not allowed to change the reservation (date, rooms, packages…).
3. On arrival, the remaining balance of 70% (per person) must be paid.
4. We reserve the right to use any room that is not guaranteed by a deposit.
5. Any requests for a specific menu should be made at least five days before the stay.
6. We have the right to offer last-minute reductions and concessions at our discretion. Other visitors are not necessarily entitled to the same concessions or reductions as a result.
7. We reserve the right to alter any arrangements at any moment. If this becomes required, we will let you know as soon as possible. If we are unable to fulfill your reservation due to unforeseeable events, we will fully refund your payment or provide another solution. (Flights not included)
8. We disclaim all obligation and responsibility for delays, changes, cancellations or losses brought on by airport closures, natural catastrophes, accidents, or any other unforeseen circumstances. The same holds true for guest losses or damage to personal goods, as well as guest injuries, diseases, or medical care that arise during or after the vacation.
9. For any significant disturbance during your stay there will be one verbal warning. After that, you will lose your reservation with us (non-refundable).
10. We advise everyone visiting Morocco to purchase comprehensive travel, trip cancellation, and medical insurance.
11. We can’t be given responsibility for the loss or theft of different valuable items. If you carry with you objects of magnificent cost, we recommend to preserve them with you at all times.
12. We reserve the right to undertake preservation work and light constructing works
without prior warning. Any planned, main works will be communicated to you in advance.
